This special rice for paella is a blend of the Senia, Bahía and Bomba varieties grown in the Valencia region.
Only rice of the EXTRA quality grade is sold, the individual grains are pearly and have a slight shine.
One of its outstanding characteristics is its ability to absorb aromas, making this mixture perfect for paella.
A cooking time of 18 minutes is sufficient to prepare the rice. Allow to rest and soak. Good appetite.
